Coral Cafe - With a generous buffet of American fare and à la carte selections, this casual restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A traditional Japanese breakfast is available. The Goofy character visits from Walt Disney World® Resort every Sunday morning. Tubbi’s - This expansive “buffeteria” is the place to grab a quick meal, from sandwiches to full entrées, 24 hours a day. Dolphin Fountain - Homemade ice cream is the specialty here, with cones, sundaes, and shakes as well as burgers and fries on the menu. Shula’s Steakhouse - With a menu painted on an official NFL football, Shula’s is famous for its certified Angus beef and seafood, including 3- to 5-pound lobsters. Guests who finish the 48-ounce porterhouse get to join Shula's 48-Ounce Club, which currently has more than 15,000 members. The atmosphere is a virtual museum of the Miami Dolphins’ undefeated 1972 season, when Don Shula was coach, and features photos and memorabilia from that time hanging on the walls. Cabana Bar & Grill - Burgers, salads, sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, and a full bar are all available at this casual poolside eatery. Lobby Lounge - This intimate bar just off the resort lobby features live piano music.

What to expect: The oversized, fantastical architecture—five-story dolphins, giant banana leaves painted on the exterior, cascading fountains—creates an ambience of whimsy, but it’s whimsy with an overlay of sophistication. The showy lobby rotunda is 10 stories high, with a central fountain, brightly colored fabric creating an overhead canopy, and artwork everywhere. Amenity highlights: The heated outdoor grotto pool with an adjacent children’s playground is a popular spot year-round, and the white-sand beach with pedalboats and hydro-bikes offers more fun. For kids, there’s Camp Dolphin and a video-game room; and nearby miniature golf is challenging and fun for guests of all ages. There are six on site restaurants, and guests have access to all Disney restaurants through the hotel dining reservation system.
